At Rama & Sons, all precision steel balls, exotic superalloy spheres, and gauges are manufactured under strict ISO 3290 and DIN 5401 tolerance standards. We stand behind the metallurgical integrity and dimensional accuracy of every shipment.
1. Pre-Shipment Inspection & Certificates
Every commercial order is supplied with an official EN 10204 3.1 Inspection Certificate documenting chemical spectro analysis, Rockwell hardness (HRC), and optical roundness tests. We encourage customers to review and approve pre-production test samples prior to bulk dispatch.
2. Defect Reporting & Quality Claims
In the rare event of transit damage or material non-conformance against your purchase order specifications, please notify our quality desk within 7 business days of delivery.
3. Resolution & Replacement Policy
Upon verification of any confirmed manufacturing defect by our metallurgical quality team, Rama & Sons will promptly dispatch a replacement batch at zero additional cost or issue a direct credit note / refund as agreed with the buyer.
